not chosen
just got the word that we were not chosen to be adoptive parents of the baby due April 30. she did choose someone, out of 175. i thought she'd end up keeping the baby at this point, so close to due date. i am guessing she is having a very difficult time with her decision. i can only imagine.

Oh Julie, I'm so sorry. I can only imagine how difficult it must be hearing that news even though I know you were trying not to get your hopes up. After all this time and waiting and hoping. That just sucks.
Oh Julie, I'm so sorry that you guys weren't chosen. I can only imagine having to scan 175 profiles to find the perfect match. Don't give up, your baby is out there!
Sorry to hear you weren't chosen. I can't believe she went through that many profiles and that the lawyer/agency gave her that many. She must have been looking for something very specific!
I know how it feels to know that someone is looking at your profile and not to get chosen. It pretty much sucks for awhile.
